The Garland Cuisine Series C36-4-1M combines two 40,000 BTU Starfire burners with a precision-controlled 18" griddle, giving chefs instant flexibility for sautéing, searing and breakfast work—all on a low-profile 36" modular top that drops onto the stand, refrigerated base or cabinet of your choice.
