The Garland Cuisine Series C36-4-1M combines two 40,000 BTU Starfire burners with a precision-controlled 18" griddle, giving chefs instant flexibility for sautéing, searing and breakfast work—all on a low-profile 36" modular top that drops onto the stand, refrigerated base or cabinet of your choice.

  • 18" (457 mm) left-hand griddle with a full 1" (25 mm) polished steel plate for even heat and superior heat retention.
  • Embedded thermostat keeps griddle exactly where you set it—150 – 450 °F (66 – 232 °C).
  • 3" (76 mm) wide grease trough & large front drain make clean-up quick.
  • Rugged stainless steel front, sides, continuous plate rail and burner box resist dents and speed wipe-downs.
  • 7" (178 mm) stainless stub backguard protects walls without raising hood height.
  • Front 1-1/4" NPT gas manifold for simple battery hook-ups; rear connection optional.
  • Modular design mounts on Garland stands, cabinet bases or Polar Cuisine refrigerated bases.
