Model C36-3M - 24" Griddle (Left) & 12" Hot Top (Right)Built for high-volume commercial kitchens, the Garland Cuisine C36-3M puts a full-size griddle and a powerful hot top on a single 36-inch modular platform. With rugged stainless construction, industry-leading BTU performance and NSF/CSA approvals, this range top drops into any cookline, chef base or refrigerated base and is ready to work all day, every day.
