The Cuisine Series C36-13R combines blistering burner output with a precision hot top and a full-size oven, all on a compact 36 inch footprint.
Performance & Construction Highlights
- 4 × 35,000 BTU/h Starfire™ cast-iron open burners for rapid boil-to-simmer control.
- 12" (305 mm) even-heat hot top — 25,000 BTU/h, ideal for sauces, stocks and holding pans.
- Hi-lo valve lets you dial in exact hot-top temperatures.
- 40,000 BTU/h standard oven, thermostat-controlled 150-500 °F (66-260 °C).
- Oven includes 1 chrome rack with 4 rack positions; porcelain interior for easy clean-up.
- One-piece cast-iron grates and bowls keep pots level and capture spills.
- Stainless steel front, sides, 7" stub backguard, plate rail and burner box resist corrosion and daily abuse.
- 6" (152 mm) adjustable stainless steel legs for a rock-solid, level installation.
- Front 1-1/4" NPT gas manifold for simple line-ups; optional rear connection available.
- Certified: CSA Flame, CSA Star and NSF.
