Model C36-1-1C | 127,000 BTUEngineered for demanding commercial kitchens, this 36" Garland Cuisine Series range combines a 1" thick thermostatically-controlled griddle with a high-performance convection oven, all wrapped in a rugged stainless-steel chassis.

- 1" (25 mm) polished steel plate griddle for superior heat retention and even searing.
- Three 30,000 BTU burners (one per 12" section) deliver 90,000 BTU to the cooking surface.
- Embedded thermostat bulbs hold each zone between 200 – 450 °F (93 – 232 °C) for repeatable results.
- Range-base convection oven adds 37,000 BTU of forced-air baking power and ships with 3 chrome-plated racks.
- 7" (178 mm) stainless stub backguard contains splatter without blocking sightlines.
- Stainless-steel front, sides, front rail & burner box stand up to daily abuse and wipe clean fast.
- 6" (152 mm) adjustable legs for easy leveling and under-unit cleaning.
- Front 1 ¼" NPT gas manifold lets you connect the unit solo or battery with other Cuisine equipment.
- 120 V plug-in convection fan (NEMA 5-15P) draws just 0.6 A — no hard-wiring required.
