Drop powerhouse performance into a compact footprint. The Garland Cuisine 24" Modular Add-A-Unit delivers 140,000 BTU/h across four ultra-responsive Starfire burners, giving chefs the speed and durability they need while slotting seamlessly into any Cuisine Series battery.

  • One-piece cast-iron grates and bowls lift off for effortless cleaning and long life.
  • Rugged stainless steel front, sides, continuous plate rail and burner box resist corrosion.
  • 7" (178 mm) stainless steel stub backguard protects surrounding surfaces.
  • Factory-installed 1-1/4" NPT front gas manifold; optional rear connection kits available.
  • Modular top mounts directly on a refrigerated chef base or Garland equipment stand (sold separately).
  • Field convertible for Natural or Propane gas without performance loss.
  • Certified to CSA Flame, CSA Star and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
