Turn any Cuisine-series battery into a high-heat powerhouse. The C18-10M drops a blistering 37,500 BTU/h into just 18" of lineal space, giving chefs the speed of open flame with the durability of a one-piece hot top.

  • All-stainless exterior (front, sides, rail & burner box) stands up to the toughest kitchen abuse.
  • 7" (178 mm) stainless stub backguard included for a clean battery line-up.
  • 1 ¼" NPT front gas manifold; optional rear connection kit available.
  • Modular “Add-A-Unit” design mounts on a Polar Cuisine refrigerated base, Garland stand, or in a continuous range battery.
