Model 36ER38 – 3-Zone Thermostatic Griddle with Standard OvenBuilt for high-volume food-service operations, the Garland 36ER38 pairs a powerful 36" griddle top with a full-size oven in a rock-solid stainless-steel chassis. Three independent heat zones let you prep breakfast, lunch and dinner items simultaneously, while the heavy-duty oven handles baking, roasting and finishing without missing a beat.
