The FWE TS-1826-30 is a mobile, insulated heated holding cabinet with two solid doors and 20 pairs of universal tray slides.
Its Humi-Temp heat system has eye-level controls. Removable slides adjust on 1-1/2-inch increments from 4-1/2-inch on-center spacing and accommodate 18 x 26 inch, 14 x 18 inch, 12 x 20 inch, and GN 1/1 trays or pans.
The cabinet has a stainless steel interior and exterior, six-inch casters, push bar handles on each end, and a full perimeter bumper.
