The FWE TS-1826-15 is a mobile, insulated heated holding cabinet with a Humi-Temp heat system and eye-level controls.
It has a stainless steel interior and exterior, 10 pair of universal tray slides, 5 inch casters, push bar handles on each end, and a full perimeter bumper.
- Tray slides accommodate 18 inch x 26 inch, 14 inch x 18 inch, 12 inch x 20 inch, and GN 1/1 trays or pans.
- Slides and uprights are removable, with adjustable spacing on 1.5 inch increments.
- The bottom-mounted heater includes a humidifying chamber and removable baffled humidifier pan.
