PS-1220-6-6 is a mobile split-cavity heated holding cabinet with two compartments, each sized for six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
The cabinet features FWE's Humi-Temp heat and humidity system, separate controls for each compartment, an adjustable thermostat, recessed controls, insulated construction, and stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces.
