FWE PHTT-3DR-6 is a freestanding, narrow three-drawer cabinet for heated holding and humidified food service. It accommodates three full-size 12 x 20 in pans up to 6 in deep.
Separate digital controls provide a 90°F–200°F temperature range and 0%–90% relative humidity range. The cabinet has a stainless steel interior and exterior, magnetic workflow handles, low water and temperature alarms, and 4 in legs.
