Description
The FWE PHTT-1220-7 is a countertop Clymate IQ® heated cabinet with a humidified holding system for seven 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Individual heat and humidity controls support temperature settings from 90°F to 200°F (32°C to 93°C) and humidity settings from 0% RH to 90% RH. The cabinet features 2-5/8" fixed pan spacing, a removable water reservoir, one flush-mounted door, stainless steel interior and exterior construction, and 4" adjustable legs.
The unit is certified to IPX4, NSF, and cULus requirements.
