Description
ETC-UA-6HD is a half-height, non-insulated humidified heated holding cabinet with stainless steel interior and exterior.
The Humi-Temp system circulates hot, moist air through the cabinet, and humidity can be added to condition the circulated heat. Six removable, adjustable universal tray slides use 4.5-inch on-center spacing for six 18 × 26 pans or twelve 12 × 20 pans.
