FWE ETC-UA-4PH is a mobile, undercounter proofer/heater cabinet with a humidified proofing and heating system. Separate controls adjust air temperature and moisture, while the universal tray slides adjust on 1-1/2-inch increments.
The stainless steel cabinet has four pairs of tray slides, a removable water reservoir, one insulated door, and four 3.5-inch swivel casters with brakes. Standard capacity is four 18 x 26-inch trays or eight 12 x 20-inch trays at 4-1/2-inch spacing.
