The Firex (Middleby) ULWD-3 is a 3-section vegetable washer with automatic water filling and a limpid water function.
The AISI 304 stainless steel washing vat uses removable alimentary polyethylene walls. The unit also includes whirlpool regulation, an integrated cleaning shower, vat drain, and thermo protection for the washing pump.
