The PURITY C500 STEAM ADVANCED STARTER KIT is designed for small to medium-sized combi steamers and ovens. Catalytic carbon and ion exchange filtration reduce carbonate hardness and help reduce limescale formation, chloramine, chlorine, taste and odor.
The kit includes a filter head, flow meter, 1/2 NPT cartridge and bracket, with capacity up to 1,796 gallons.
