Advanced 5-Stage Filtration System

Captures and obliterates grease-laden cooking vapor and mitigates the discharge of cooking aromas. The system integrates washable grease baffles, a vaporizer, cyclonic and particulate filters, along with air purification employing ozone and wet cyclonic separation to return clean air to the occupied space. It is UL 710B Listed and surpasses the EPA 202 test method for grease emissions.

Ozone Air Purification

Utilizes an ozone air stream to transform cooking vapor into carbon ash particles within the ventilation system. A UV absorption monitor continuously ensures ozone levels remain below 0.1ppm.

No Disposable Filters

Features all washable stainless steel grease baffle and particulate filters, eliminating the need for costly disposable filters and simplifying daily maintenance.

Integrated ANSUL® Fire Suppression

Comes with a factory-installed Ansul Autopulse Z-10 Fire Suppression system, complete with electric fire detection, liquid suppression holding tanks, system control head, piping, nozzles, and a front-facing manual pull station. This system is UL and NFPA 96 recognized, adheres to the UL 300 Standard, and includes dry contact micro switches for connection to a central fire alarm system.

Interactive Touchscreen Control

Provides operators with real-time ventilation operational status and feedback on filter conditions.

Antimicrobial LED Lighting

Equipped with Vyv antimicrobial LED lighting technology under the canopy, offering white light for operational cooking and violet light during non-operational times to eliminate mold, mildew, and odors.

Durable Construction

Constructed with a stainless steel chassis and enclosed ductwork, supported by a modular aluminum frame, with food-safe contact surfaces for long-lasting durability and ease of cleaning.
