Description
The EPPSR2 is a two-section pizza prep refrigerator with 16.0 cu. ft. of capacity, self-contained side-mounted refrigeration, and a stainless steel top with an opening for seven 1/3-size pans.
It features two solid hinged self-closing doors, four epoxy-coated wire shelves, digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and a removable 19-1/4-inch cutting board. The unit uses R290 refrigerant and connects to 115 V/60 Hz/1-phase power with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
