A top-mounted motor keeps critical components clear of dripping fat, while individually controlled double ceramic burners let you fine-tune heat zones from edge to edge. Stainless-steel construction and smooth surfaces make end-of-shift cleanup quick and painless—so you can focus on serving perfectly caramelized slices, not scrubbing equipment.
