Lamber L21-EK High-Temp Pass-Through Dishwasher
Designed & manufactured in Italy for Eurodib USAThe Lamber L21-EK delivers high-volume performance in a compact, hood-type footprint. With a 6 kW built-in booster and rapid 2-3-4 minute cycles, this machine sanitizes up to 30 racks (≈540 plates) per hour while using less than 0.7 gal of fresh water per cycle. Perfect for restaurants, hotels and catering operations that demand speed, hygiene and lower operating costs.
