Description
The Nemox GELATO10KCREA is a countertop, self-contained gelato machine with a 6.3 qt. (6 L) bowl and production of up to 22 lb (10 kg) per hour.
Its electronic control system provides four automatic programs: classic gelato, semi-soft gelato, granita and rapid cooling. The machine also includes an integrated NTC temperature probe, magnetic lid, removable scrapers and an integrated drain.
Stainless steel construction, casters, 120 V power and R290 refrigerant support its listed commercial countertop configuration.
