The Empura EMG-12 is a countertop natural gas griddle with a 13-inch by 22.4-inch cooking surface and a 3/4-inch-thick plate. Its manual adjustable control operates a single tube, U-shape burner rated at 30,000 BTU.

The unit has a stainless steel exterior, 5-inch stainless steel splash guards welded to the plate on three sides, and 4-inch adjustable stainless steel plate-mounted legs. A field conversion kit for liquid propane is included.
