Empura EGG-24S is a standard-duty countertop gas griddle designed for natural gas operation. It has two manual adjustable controls, two burners, and a 150°F to 450°F temperature range.
The unit provides a 23.6-inch-wide by 19-inch-deep cooking surface with a 5/8-inch plate, plus 3-inch stainless steel splash guards welded to the plate on three sides. It also includes a 3/4-inch rear NPT gas connection, a liquid propane conversion kit, 4-inch adjustable stainless steel plate-mounted legs, and a removable stainless steel drip tray.
Construction uses stainless steel and galvanized steel, with an all-stainless-steel exterior finish.
