The Empura Equipment ECB-48 is a heavy-duty countertop charbroiler designed for natural gas operation. It has eight individually controlled burners with 160,000 BTU total heat output and manual radiant-heat controls.
Its 42.5 in W x 21.5 in D cooking surface uses eight reversible, removable slant cast iron grates. Stainless steel construction, side and rear splash guards, a removable crumb tray, and 4 in adjustable stainless steel legs support operation and cleanup.
The unit includes a rear 3/4 in NPT gas connection and a field conversion kit for liquid propane.
