The LFE 4316 is an electric stone hearth oven with four 73.2 in W x 63 in D decks and 128.1 sq. ft. of stone hearth baking surface. Each deck accommodates six 18 in x 26 in trays, with a listed capacity of 217 approximately 1 lb. loaves.

A digital control panel stores up to 99 baking programs and supports up to three different baking and steaming phases per program. Bottom and ceiling heating elements are independently controlled.
