The Empire LFE 3124 is an electric, three-deck stone hearth oven with a digital control panel. Each deck measures 32.3 inches wide by 96.5 inches deep and has independently controlled bottom and ceiling heating elements.
Its 65.1-square-foot stone hearth baking surface accommodates five 18-by-26-inch trays per deck and up to 110 one-pound loaves. The oven stores up to 99 baking programs, with up to three baking and steaming phases per program, and includes an ECO Energy Optimization System.
