EMI Industries PTMAX11633S is a self-contained refrigerated pizza prep table measuring 116 in W x 33 in D x 66 in H. It provides 30.6 cu. ft. of capacity, four 24 in doors, and space for 28 1/6 pans.
The one-piece 14-gauge stainless steel top includes a mechanically cooled refrigerated raised pan rail. The unit uses R-448A refrigerant and a 5/8 HP refrigeration system, with a 6 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for 115 V, 60 Hz, single-phase operation.
Pans are not included.
