The Eloma Compact Pro ST611CTRFSLC is an electric combi oven/steamer with boiler-free spritzer steam generation, top control, and a right-hinged door.

It accommodates up to six half-size sheet pans or six full-size steam table pans. The ST control system uses a 7-inch touch screen and Turn and Tap selector dial with eight operating modes and programming for up to 99 programs with nine steps each.
