The Eloma MT623CTRFSLC is an electric, boiler-free combi oven/steamer with top control and a right-hinged door. Its spritzer steam generation supports convection, full steam, and combi cooking for up to six 2/3-size steam table pans.

The programmable multi-touch control provides 12 operating modes, tray timers, favorites, HACCP data storage, and capacity for up to 400 recipes with 20 steps each. Hybrid liquid-or-tab AutoCleanPRO® cleaning and a recessed manual hand shower support cleaning routines.
