Description
The Edlund Bravo! BRV-160 OP is an electronic portion control scale with display options for loads up to 10 lb, 160 oz, or 5,000 g. Its oversized removable stainless steel platform measures 5-5/8" x 6-15/16".
The ClearShield™ protective cover helps keep grease, juices, and food products off the scale and display. The scale also features an easy-read LCD, field recalibration, auto shut-off, dual-voltage AC power with included adapter, and battery operation using two AA batteries.
