Yes, for wet operation and to utilize the AutoFill® water system, a continuous flowing hot water source is required to be attached to the 3/8" compression water connection inlet.
The AutoFill® system automatically fills and maintains the proper water level in all wells. It operates independently of the hot wells and has its own ON/OFF switch. When turned on, a solenoid will activate to fill the wells, and it will continuously maintain the water level.
Yes, you can operate the hot food table without automatically filling the wells with water by simply turning the AutoFill® ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position. The wells will still be operational for either wet (manually filled) or dry use.
This unit requires a 208v/60/3-ph electrical connection, drawing 9.1 amps, and uses a NEMA 15-20P plug.
Eagle Group hot food tables are warranted for 12 months from the date of shipment from the factory or 6 months from the date first placed into service, whichever comes first. The warranty covers defective parts or component materials under normal use.
