The entire unit is constructed from 14 gauge 300 series (18-8) stainless steel, including the top, drainboards, backsplash, and rolled rims, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion in commercial environments. Sink bowls are also 14 gauge 300 series stainless steel.
Four Deep Coved Sink Compartments
Each of the four sink bowls measures 20 inches wide, 28 inches front-to-back, and 14 inches deep (water level), featuring coved corners with a full ¾-inch radius for easy cleaning and maintenance. Constructed using state-of-the-art seamless welding techniques.
Integrated Right-Hand Drainboard
A 24-inch drainboard is integrally welded on the right side of the sink, providing a convenient area for air-drying dishes, glassware, or for food preparation. Drainboards are 'V' creased for positive drainage.
High Backsplash with Tile Edge
A 9½-inch high backsplash with a 1-inch upturn and tile edge is provided to protect adjacent walls from water splashes, improving hygiene and preventing damage.
Sturdy Stainless Steel Base
Features 1⅝-inch diameter stainless steel legs with stainless steel gussets and fully adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. The legs are crossbraced on all sides with 1¼-inch diameter stainless steel tubing for increased stability and maximum weight support.
Faucet Ready Design
Pre-punched with two sets of 1⅛-inch faucet holes on 8-inch centers, accommodating standard splash-mount faucets. Water supply connection is ½" NPS for hot and cold lines.
Basket Waste Drains Included
Each sink bowl is fitted with a basket-type waste drain that fits the 3½-inch opening and features a 1½-inch outlet for efficient drainage.
Seamless and Safe Assembly
The entire assembly is fuse-welded and planished to create a one-piece seamless unit. Welded areas are high-speed belt blended to match adjacent surfaces, and all outside corners are bullnosed for safe, clean edges.
