Entire unit, including the top, drainboards, backsplash, and rolled rims, is constructed from 14 gauge 300 series, 18-8 stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance in commercial settings.
Three Coved-Corner Sink Bowls
Features three generously sized sink compartments, each measuring 24 inches wide by 24 inches long by 14 inches deep (water level). The coved corners with a full ⅝" radius and seamless welding techniques ensure easy cleaning and superior sanitation.
Integrated Right-Hand Drainboard
A 30-inch long drainboard is integrally welded on the right side of the sink, designed with 'V' creasing for positive drainage, providing ample space for drying dishes or preparing ingredients.
High Backsplash with Tile Edge
A 9½" high backsplash with a 1" upturn and tile edge effectively protects adjacent walls from water splashes and spills, maintaining a cleaner and safer work area.
Pre-Punched Faucet Holes
The sink is pre-punched with two sets of 1⅛" (29mm) faucet holes on 8" (203mm) centers, ready for splash mount faucets (faucets not included).
Robust Leg and Bracing System
Supported by 1⅝" (41mm) O.D. stainless steel tubing legs with stainless steel gussets and fully adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. Adjustable 1¼″ (32mm) O.D. stainless steel crossbracing on all sides enhances stability and weight support. Legs are strategically located under sink bowls or outer ends of longer drainboards.
Basket Waste Drains Included
Each sink bowl is equipped with a basket-type waste drain that fits the 3½" (89mm) opening and features a 1½" (38mm) outlet for efficient water and waste removal.
Seamless Unit Assembly
The entire assembly is fuse-welded and planished, creating a one-piece, seamless sink unit. Welded areas are high-speed belt blended to match adjacent surfaces for a continuous satin finish and bullnosed outside corners for safety.
Standard Water Supply Connections
Features ½" (13mm) NPS connections for hot and cold water lines.
