The entire unit, including the top, sink bowls, drainboards, and backsplash, is constructed from durable 14 gauge 300 series stainless steel for superior strength and corrosion resistance.
Four Coved Corner Sink Compartments
Each of the four 16" wide x 20" front-to-back x 14" deep sink compartments features coved corners with a full ¾" radius, facilitating easier cleaning and preventing food particle buildup. They are constructed using state-of-the-art seamless welding techniques.
Integrally Welded Dual Drainboards
Equipped with two 36-inch drainboards, one on the left and one on the right, which are integrally welded to the sink top. These drainboards are 'V' creased for positive drainage, offering ample space for drying dishes or preparing ingredients.
High Backsplash with Tile Edge
A 9½" high backsplash with a 1" upturn and tile edge is included to protect adjacent walls from splashes and spills, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
Sturdy Stainless Steel Base
The base features 1⅝" (41mm)-diameter stainless steel legs with stainless steel gussets and fully adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. Adjustable 1¼" (32mm)-diameter stainless steel crossbracing runs left-to-right and front-to-back on all sides, providing exceptional stability and maximum weight support. Leg locations are directly under sink bowls for increased stability.
Basket-Type Waste Drains
Each sink bowl includes a basket-type waste drain designed to fit the 3½" (89mm) opening, featuring a 1½" (38mm) outlet for efficient wastewater removal.
Seamless Finish and Safe Edges
The entire assembly is fuse-welded and planished, providing a one-piece seamless sink unit. Welded areas are high-speed belt blended to match adjacent surfaces with continuity of satin finish, and all outside corners are bullnosed to provide safe, clean edges.
Standard Faucet Holes
Two sets of 1⅛" (29mm) faucet holes are punched on 8" (203mm) centers on the backsplash, ready for splash mount faucet installation.
