Eagle Group ASWTFT-2448-SG Anti-Splash Cool Trough® delivers durable, NSF-certified water tempering for commercial kitchens and foodservice facilities. Built from 14/304 stainless steel with a 48" x 24" x 15-1/4" basin, subway-style grating, removable perforated basket and grated floor drain with built-in pitch to a 4" drain. Features an integral mechanical temperature sensor (no electricity), shutoff valve and two pressure check valves for reliable, low-maintenance tempering. Ideal for busy back-of-house environments requiring sanitary, high-performance plumbing.
