Durable 14/304 stainless steel trough with anti-slip gray fiberglass subway-style grating, built-in pitch to a 4" grated floor drain and removable perforated basket for easy cleaning. NSF-certified, includes integral mechanical temperature sensor (no electrical required), shutoff valve and two pressure check valves for reliable commercial use.
