DCGMA48 is a 48-inch gas countertop griddle with a 1-inch-thick smooth polished steel plate and four independent manual controls spaced every 12 inches.
It features stainless steel construction, four 30,000 BTU/H burners, 120,000 BTU/H combined output, adjustable stainless steel legs, and a full-length seamless drip pan that is easy to remove and clean.
