The Thurmaduke TST-60SS comes with a limited warranty for one (1) year on parts and labor. The warranty period begins on the date of installation or six (6) months from the factory shipment date, whichever occurs first.
Yes, the warranty includes travel time to the service portal, not exceeding 100 miles round trip or two hours total travel time. All warranty labor must be performed during regular work hours, and any overtime premiums will be charged to the owner.
The warranty does not apply to equipment subjected to shipping damage, improper voltage, improper installation, alteration, abuse, misuse, or lack of/improper maintenance. Using the product in a non-commercial (e.g., residential) application also voids all warranties.
Yes, the warranty does not cover routine maintenance activities, loss of business profits, loss of food or other products, damage to property due to malfunction, or incidental/consequential damages. Damage from floods, fire, or other acts of God is also not covered.
A restocking charge of 20% applies to new and unused returned goods. Invoices totaling $50.00 net or less are nonreturnable. All return inquiries must be directed to Duke Manufacturing Co.
