Stainless Steel Top

The unit features a 16 gauge, 300 Series stainless steel top, designed for durability and ease of cleaning in commercial environments. It includes four die-stamped openings measuring 11-7/8 inches x 19-7/8 inches.

Sealed Hot Food Wells

Four seamless, fully coved, 6-1/2 inches deep stainless steel wells are designed to hold food at optimal temperatures. Each well is individually controlled with a heating element located beneath it.

Individual Thermostatic Controls

Each hot food well is equipped with either a Robertshaw thermostat with an indicator light or an infinite switch for precise temperature management. A master toggle switch with an indicator light controls the entire unit.

Integrated Drain System

Sealed wells come with drains that are copper manifolded to a 3/4 inch brass master valve, allowing for convenient and efficient draining of liquids.

Mobile Design with Casters
