Description
The DRY AGER UX 7000 is a compact, plug-and-play ceiling unit for commercial dry aging production. It combines the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and dry aging technology in one self-contained appliance for installation above a maturing chamber.
Electronic controls provide a temperature range of 32–77 °F and humidity control from 60–90% without a water connection or drain. The unit includes UX Airreg™ airflow management, UVC sterilization without product UV exposure, automatic hot gas defrost, and built-in condensate evaporation.
