Purpose-built for Doyon SRO1 roll-in ovens, the RSRO1-10 rack lets you load, bake and unload up to ten full-size sheet pans with ease. Its rugged stainless-steel frame and smoothly gliding casters stand up to daily commercial use while keeping production flowing.

  • 6 ⅛" (156 mm) vertical shelf spacing accommodates taller products and proofing pans.

  • End-loaded design aligns perfectly with the SRO1 oven’s airflow for even baking results.
