High-capacity epoxy-coated steel interceptor for demanding commercial kitchens

Built for food-service operations that move serious volume, the Watts GI-400-K keeps fats, oils & grease out of your drain lines with a massive 400 GPM flow rate and 800 lb storage capacity. Its rugged, epoxy-coated steel tank drops directly into recessed or floor-mounted installations and arrives ready to plumb with 6" no-hub connections and a factory-installed stainless-steel flow-control plate.

  • Handles up to 400 gallons per minute while capturing 800 lb of grease
  • 6" no-hub inlet & outlet mate to standard cast-iron soil pipe
  • Integral stainless-steel flow-control plate delivers laminar, code-compliant influent
  • Gasketed, skid-proof cover secured by hex-head center bolts—safe to walk on when closed
  • Double-wall deep-seal trap and removable baffle streamline pump-out and cleaning
  • Heavy-duty, epoxy-coated carbon-steel body resists corrosion inside and out
  • Engineered and tested to meet ASME A112.14.3 performance requirements
