Integrated Cold Pan
Equipped with a 20-gauge stainless steel, fully welded, 5-inch deep cold pan designed to hold three 12" x 20" full-size food pans.
Efficient Refrigeration
The welded, watertight well boasts a concealed continuous refrigeration coil bonded to the underside and is fully insulated. It features a 1/3 HP fully hermetic, fan-cooled condensing unit, located on slide-out rails for easy maintenance.
Convenient Drain System
The cold pan includes a 3/4" FPT (Female Pipe Thread) ball valve drain located below the unit for easy cleaning and water removal.
Mobile Design
Outfitted with four 4-inch diameter swivel plate casters, all equipped with brakes, allowing for easy repositioning and secure locking.
