Drive housing is 18-gauge stainless steel. The framework is 2" x 2" x .1875" all-welded stainless steel angle and channel, ensuring durability and stability. Removable panels provide easy access for maintenance.
Variable Speed Motorized Belt
Conveyor is driven by a totally enclosed fan-cooled D.C. permanent magnet motor through a worm gear speed reducer, sprockets, and roller chain. Belt speed is electronically adjustable from approximately 0 to 40 FPM, controlled by an SCR power transmission group.
Watertight Control Panel
The main control panel features speed control, stop-start functions, dynamic braking, and is NEMA 4 watertight, ensuring safe and reliable operation in commercial environments. The panel box is NEMA 3R construction.
Lo-Friction Lexan Slat Belt
The belt is made of Lo-Friction Lexan plastic with tapered slats carried by a stainless steel roller chain. Slats are snap-attached to the chain, allowing for easy removal without special tools.
Pan Limit Switch
Equipped with a pan limit switch for enhanced operational control and safety.
Dry Operation with Easy Cleaning
