Designed for busy serving lines and made to fit seamlessly into a 58 ½" x 25" counter cut-out, the Delfield N8859 keeps up to four full-size 12" x 20" hotel pans at safe, even serving temperatures all shift long. Its stainless steel construction, fiberglass insulation and easy-to-mount remote control panel make it a reliable, operator-friendly solution for schools, cafeterias and QSR concepts alike.
