Delfield N8759-D Drop-In 4-Well Hot Food Unit

Individually controlled • Wet or dry operation • 12" × 20" pan wells

Designed for high-volume buffets, cafeterias and serving lines, the Delfield N8759-D keeps four different menu items hot, fresh and food-safe—each in its own individually controlled stainless steel well. Installation is as simple as dropping the unit into a 58 ½" × 25" counter cutout, hard-wiring the junction box and mounting the remote control panel.
