The N8181BP drop-in cold pan delivers NSF-7 food-safe temperatures—even in 86 °F kitchens—while fitting seamlessly into an 80-3/4" × 25" counter cut-out. Just “drop it in”, plug it in and start merchandising six full-size 12" × 20" pans of cold product.

Quick Installation Notes
- Cut and reinforce counter opening to 80-3/4" × 25" before placing unit.
- Lower pan until the pre-installed gasket rests flush on the counter surface.
- Install included stainless louver for condenser air flow.
- Connect 1" drain to floor sink or waste line.
- Plug into a dedicated, grounded 15 A receptacle and allow unit to pull down to temp before loading food.
