  • Includes seven stainless steel adapter bars for flexible pan layouts—up to 12 × 1/6-size pans.
  • Hinged, removable stainless steel cover locks in cold when the rail is not in use.
  • Durable 18-gauge stainless steel top, front and sides; 22-gauge interior liner.
  • High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation – zero ODP, zero GWP.
  • 1/5 HP self-contained refrigeration system charged with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon.
  • Mechanically cooled rail maintains 41 °F (5 °C) at 86 °F ambient for up to four hours.
  • Convenient on/off rocker switch located on the right end of the unit.
