The LiquiTec® 8132-EFP surrounds each well with eutectic fluid that makes 100 % contact on all five sides of the liner, keeping product between 33 °F and 41 °F—even in 86 °F kitchens—while presenting pans level with the countertop for faster service and a cleaner look.
