The Cuppone Donatello DN435/2CD is a two-deck electric pizza oven with 5-1/2-inch-high decks, cordierite cooking surfaces, panoramic glass drop-down doors, and CD controls.
Each deck accommodates one 400 x 600 mm tray or four 13-inch pizzas. The oven has a stainless steel cooking chamber, cooling fan, and maximum operating temperature of 450°C.
Two-deck configuration
